Our chilly Japanese day out!

Today we went on a trip to Telford Town Park. We visited The Japanese Garedens and looked at the beautiful plants and buildings in there. We could see some cherry blossom beginning to develop on the trees and wonderful sculptures in the shape of koi carp and other animals.

We we navigated our way around the park using compasses and drew our own maps.

We visited the library and listened to a story then we explored the books and chose some of our own. It was lovely to get warmed up in there!

Finally we had a play in the park which was great fun but as we left it began to snow!

We were very happy to get back to a cosy and warm school!
