Sheriffhales School
Willow's Week!
This week Willow Class celebrated the end of term with a picnic on the grass outside the Village Hall. The children enjoyed some delicious treats and said goodbye to their butterflies who were released, though they did seem a little reluctant to leave us. However, after some rigorous persuasion from Miss Farr, they finally flew away for their very own adventure! We also said goodbye to our Year 6 friends and wish them all the very best of luck as they continue their journey beyond Sheriffhales Primary School.
Additionally, a huge thank you to the parents who have have given us, and your children, so much support over the past year. We hope you all have a wonderful summer and look forward to hearing about your adventures upon our return in the autumn.
Finally, Willow Class are very sad to say goodbye to an outstanding staff member and colleague who has worked tirelessly for over ten years, working with the children, and creating countless inspirational role play areas and resources for the benefit of all. After many years Miss Davies has decided to leave Sheriffhales to pursue her dream career of working with animals and we wish her the very best of luck. She will be sorely missed by both the staff and children alike!
Until we see you again, take care all and have a wonderful break!
Best wishes
Willow Class Team
